Contiguous U.S.: 3-7 business days*
Non-Contiguous U.S. (PR, HI, AK): 15-20 business days
Australia, UK & Canada: 7-9 business days
Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar: 20-25 business days
Other International: 9-21 business days*
Tracking is only available on US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE, and Qatar orders. We can not track other international packages.

*Need your goodies super fast? You can choose Fedex 2 day shipping during checkout. (available for Contiguous U.S. only) All orders placed by 10am PST are shipped same day and arrive in 2 business days. (Ex. As soon as your order is placed, it is processed by our warehouse immediately. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to existing orders.

What are the shipping rates?

Flat Rate on US orders under $50USD is $5.95

Shipping is FREE on all US orders over $50USD

Flat rate on CA orders is $7.95 (trackable + duties and taxes prepaid by Lime Crime)

Flat rate on AU, NZ, FR, DE, BE, NL, ES, DK, HK and UK orders is $10.95 (trackable + duties and taxes prepaid by Lime Crime)

Flat rate on all Saudi Arabia/Kuwait/Bahrain/UAE/Qatar orders is $21.95 (trackable)

Everywhere else: $10.95 (tracking not available)

What is the currency conversion rate for international orders?

Limecrime.com prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but all orders will be transacted in US Dollars by Paypal or your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-US Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates to US Dollars and excludes any taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed.

Can I stock your product or become a distributor?

Do you ship to my country?

Probably! Lime Crime ships to most countries, worldwide.
For RUSSIA, shop: ILOVEMAKEUP.RU
For THAILAND, shop: 325 TRADING LIMITED.

Will I be responsible for import duties?

Orders shipped outside the U.S., Canada, AU, NZ, FR, DE, BE, NL, ES, DK, HK & UK may be subject to import duties. Please consider this prior to placing your order

What is your return policy?

Lime Crime accepts returns for a store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. No exchanges. Return shipping is reimbursed for damaged or defective goods only. Superfoils are not subject to 30 days policy and can be returned at any time with valid proof of purchase.

How do I make a return?

When will my favorite item be back in stock?

Feel free to sign up for Back-In-Stock notifications available on the product page. You will receive an e-mail the day it's back in stock. 

Why are some items limited to 4 per customer?

Customers are allowed to purchase any number of products, but quantities are limited to 4 per shade. This is done to discourage unauthorized re-selling and scalping.

Are your products cruelty-free?
